Pre-shipment Finance is granted for the purchase, processing and packing of goods for export. This includes:

• Cost of products or produce;
• Packaging materials, packing and handling;
• Transportation, Rent and Warehousing;
• Other expenses incidental to shipment.
  

Post-shipment finance is granted from the stage of shipment to the date of realisation of the export preceeds and includes:

• Negotiation of export documents under Letters of Credit;
• Purchase of Export Bills under collection;
• Advances against export documents.

The company hopes to achieve the stated objectives by operating either all, or a combination of the following financing schemes:

1. Pre and Post-Shipment Credit Scheme.
2. Export Refinance Scheme
3. Export Credit Guarantee Scheme
4. Export Advisory Service.
